Chia Pudding with Berry Smoothie Toppings

I fell in love with what chia seeds do for your body about two or so years ago. They are one of the most nutritious foods on the planet – and are packed with protein and fibre! I have chia for almost every meal, and definitely every morning for breakfast.

I would have this chia pudding for breakfast (half 1 day, half the next) but it is perfectly fine for any meal! Be prepared for a little ‘night before’ preparation, but trust me.. it takes a total of 4 minutes.

This recipe is:

  • GLUTEN FREE
  • DAIRY FREE
  • VEGAN FRIENDLY

Chia Pudding

Ingredients 

  • 3 teaspoons of chia seeds
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • cinnamon (to taste)

Method

  • Mix together!
  • Leave to Set Overnight in the fridge

Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • handful of blueberries
  • 1 chopped up banana

Method

  • Blitz together
  • Leave to Set Overnight in the fridge

  • Layer in mason jar
  • Enjoy!
