Tofu Stir Fry

This dish is perfect when you have some left over tofu, or you are looking to make something quick and easy!

This recipe serves 2,and is:

  • Gluten Free
  • Dairy Free
  • Egg Free
  • Nut Free
  • Vegan Friendly


  • 250g of Tofu, diced
  • 1/4 cup of Gluten Free Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup of Brown Rice
  • 4 whole stems of Bok Choy, roughly chopped
  • 1 whole Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Coconut Oil
  • Tablespoon of Sesame Seeds


  • Soak Tofu in Soy Sauce for 30 minutes
  • In the mean time, cook Brown Rice as per packet instructions
  • Heat a skillet over a medium heat, add Coconut Oil
  • Add Onion, brown
  • Add Tofu and Brown Sugar, for 5 minutes and occasionally stir
  • Add Brown Rice for an additional 5 minutes, occasionally stir
  • Add 1/2 of Bok Choy and stir on a high heat for 1-2 minutes
  • Add Sesame Seeds and the rest of the Bok Choy, remove from heat and serve
  • ENJOY!
